摘要:社区医院药品管理系统是社区医院信息系统的一个重要组成部分，通过实现对社区医院药品信息的分类管理和数据分析，从而使得信息处理更加快速、准确、简单，同时协调了相关部门的工作，摆脱了传统人工管理错误率高、效率低下的弊端，提高了社区医院药品管理的水平。
本系统在功能上覆盖了基础信息管理，药品采购，药品入库，药品销售，销售统计，过期药品处理和免费药品发放等，其中免费药品发放管理模块是区别社区医院药品管理系统和普通医院药品供销存管理系统的主要特点，在本系统的功能处理上得以体现。传统药店的药品信息处理大多采用药品供销存管理系统，实现的是一条最简单的药品供应链，但是本系统在对传统的药品供销存管理系统进行选择性吸收的基础之上做了很大的改进，使其更加适应现代社区医院药品的管理现状，提高社区医院的运行效率，增加社区居民的消费满意度。
本设计是基于B/S架构开发的社区医院药品管理系统。该系统以SQL Server 2005为后台数据库，前台在Visual studio 2008的集成环境中利用ASP.NET来设计开发，此系统的设计特点是实时响应速度快，操作简单方便，人机交互界面友好。

Abstract:The medicine management system for community hospital is an important part of the information system for community hospital, which allowing faster, more accurate and easier information processing by community hospital medicine Information classification management and data analysis. At the same time, the system coordinates the work of the relevant departments, to get rid of the traditional manual management of high error rates, inefficient drawbacks and improves the level of community hospital drugs administration.
Functionally, the system covers the basic information management, drug procurement, drug storage, drug sales, sales statistics, treatment of expired drugs and distribution of free drugs. The management module for distribution of free drugs is the difference of the main features of the medicine management system for community hospital and medicine supply and marketing management system for general hospitals, to be reflected in the handling of the function of the system. In most cases, the supply and marketing management system of drugs is used in processing of drug information for traditional pharmacy, at the same time, the implementation of the pharmaceutical supply chain is one of the most simple. But this system has done a lot of things to make it more responsive to the status of modern community hospital medicine management, improve the operational efficiency of community hospitals and increase the satisfaction of consumers in community, besides it inherits the advantages of drug supply and marketing management system in traditional.
The design is completed the development of medicine management system for community hospital based on B/S architecture. SQL Server 2005 database is the background, and the foreground program of this system has utilized the development tool of ASP.NET in Visual Studio 2008 integration environment. The features of this system is a real-time response speed, simple and convenient operation, friendly man-machine interface.
