摘要: 作为浙江省民营企业的龙头企业、中国500强企业之一的杭州荣盛集团，在其多年的发展中，注重建设企业文化，使之成为企业的灵魂，形成了推动企业发展的不竭的力量。本文试就荣盛集团企业文化形成过程及其内容进行初步探讨，进而说明企业文化建设与企业发展之间的关系，并揭示了荣盛集团企业文化建设的经验。
