[摘要]：办公自动化的发展和秘书工作需要，对秘书工作的影响越来越大，同时也因为办公自动化自身的复杂性和不稳定性，给新时代秘书工作提出了更多新的要求。探讨如何高效的利用办公自动化进行秘书工作是时代的必然要求，也是本文研究的重点。本文从办公自动化这一概念出发，以问卷调查来探讨办公自动化对秘书工作产生的影响，同时针对办公自动化产生的负面影响采取积极的应对策略，使办公自动化成为秘书有效工作的得力助手。

[Abstract]: The office automation of secretary profession in china is later development, But in recent years, with the development of Chinese economy’s development and the needs of the secretary’s job, the office automation’s Influences are more and more important. While the complexity and instability of office automation puts forward more requirements about the secretarial work in new era. To investigate how to use the office automation more efficient is the demands of the new age, and also the key content in this paper. This article discusses the concept of the office automation at first, and then discusses the effect of the office automation to secretarial work. At last, puts forwards positive coping strategies to answer the negative effect, making the office automation become an excellent assistant for secretary work.
