摘要：本文以改革开放为分界线,分析我国新时期的档案管理工作的新特点和新思路，将我国新时期的的档案管理工作的基本特点概述为档案的来源与主题多元化﹑档案的形式与载体信息化、档案工作手段现代化和档案管理理念的改变四个方面。

Abstract: This thesis compares the situations of the archives management in our country and classify
the new features of file management in the new stage of China into four aspects：diversification of the sources and themes of the archives, informatization of the forms and carriers of the archives,modernization of the means of the archives management, and the change of the ideas of the archives management.

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的进一步完善，社会经济发展的快速腾飞，改革开放以后我国的档案管理工作采取了一系列的新举措,呈现出一系列新的特点。不论上述提及的强调档案管理工作的服务性，还是加大档案开放的力度，档案管理工作的重点已经转变为如何充分利用档案信息资源，最大化地为社会服务，最优化地为档案利用者服务。
