摘要:本文以秘书工作中的换位思考为研究线索,以秘书、领导、同事、客户为研究调查对象,以秘书工作中换位思考的现状、存在问题为研究内容,以秘书换位思考的基本要求、策略方法为主要研究目的,突出秘书工作中的换位思考的重要性和价值所在,即在营造良好的人际关系、进行有效的沟通、做好情绪的管理和发挥参谋助手方面都有着极其重要的作用。因而,研究秘书工作中的换位思考是很有必要的。然而要真正做到换位思考并非易事,不仅要讲究换位思考的基本要求:坚定的理想信念;较高的知识理论水平;强大的情感意志;优良的工作作风,更需要具备有效的策略和方法:善于宽容和理解他人;善于尊重和善待别人;要做到己所不欲、勿施于人;要设身处地的考虑事情。希望可以借此文对秘书工作中的换位思考的调整做出参考。

Abstract:  Based on the work of the secretary for the study of the perspective-taking clues to the secretary, leadership, colleagues, customers as the research object, by the secretary work the perspective-taking situation, problems as the research content, to the secretary of the perspective-taking basic requirements, the strategy as the main research method purpose, outstanding secretary work in the importance of empathy and values, namely on creating a good interpersonal relationship, effective communication, good mood management and play advice assistant has the extremely vital role. Therefore, the research work of the secretary empathy is very necessary. But to really do the perspective-taking is not easy, and not only want to pay attention to the basic requirements of empathy, a firm belief, of the knowledge of the higher theoretical level, strong emotion will, the fine style of work, the more to need to have effective strategies and methods: good tolerance and understanding other people; good at respect and be kind to others; to do the others as you would be done by; always put yourself in the thinking about things. Hope can borrow this to the secretary work in the adjustment of empathy make reference.
