摘 要：嵩明历史悠久，人杰地灵，在这1442平方千米的土地上，聚居着多个少数民族，其中苗族是人口比例较大的少数民族之一。因此，嵩明县有着丰厚的苗族传统体育文化底蕴和多样的苗族传统体育运动形式。依托嵩明苗族传统体育旅游资源，开发一些具有民族特色的体育旅游项目，这样不仅有利于当地经济的发展，还能传承苗族的传统文化。当今方兴未艾的少数民族民俗旅游为嵩明县的经济发展提供了广阔的前景，而作为新兴的苗族传统体育旅游必将成为新的旅游亮点，全面促进区域经济的腾飞，拉动各民族文化的交流与融合。外地投资者前来投资开发,不仅直接带来资金,同时也带来了先进的管理和理念,带来了外地的信息和文化。开发民族体育旅游有利于加强嵩明地区的民族团结。当代体育旅游的兴起和普及,为不同民族、不同文化、不同宗教信仰和价值观念的人们提供了广泛交流的机会,有利于消除和缓和民族隔阂、矛盾、冲突和对抗,加强了各民族人民的相互交往、相互了解、相互尊敬、相互学习,促进团结和友谊。然而，在开发嵩明地区的苗族传统体育旅游的过程中也存在很多问题。本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法对该县少数民族之一苗族的传统体育旅游的发展现状及存在问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的对策和建议。

ABSTRACT：A country, named ‘Song Ming’, has a long history, outstanding people and broad land. Many minorities settled on these 1442 square kilometers of land, and among them, the Miao nationality is one of the larger proportion of the population. Therefore, Song Ming owned a rich variety of traditional sports culture and sports forms which belong to the Miao nationality. On the basis of the traditional sporting tourism resources, the related authorities can establish some sports projects that are full of creative and national characteristics. This is not only beneficial for the local economy, but good for inheriting the traditional culture and customer of the Miao nationality as well. With the development of society, more and more new tourism form come to people’s eyes, especially one of them named ‘Minority Tourism’ that develop sharply. For Song Ming, a broader space of development has been brought in by this kind of tourism, which promotes the traditional sports tourism of Miao nationality a new tourist highlight, boosting the regional economic sudden growth and pulling the cultural exchange and integration between each nationality. The investors who come from other places invest in the development of Song Ming, bringing not only the money directly, but also the advanced management ideas and approaches, even bringing the nonlocal information and culture. In addition, develop national sports tourism enhance the nation unity all around the Song Ming Country because it offers more communicating opportunities to human beings who has different nations, different cultures, different religious beliefs and values to exchange their ideas, opinions and experiences. These communications eliminate and mitigate the national estrangement, conflicts and confrontation, strengthen and courage each nationalities people to understand, respect and learn from each other. However, there are many problems come occurred during the implementation process of sports tourism. In addition, the situational development status and exist issues of the Miao nationality’s traditional sports tourism will be analyzed by using three methods are Literature Material Method, Interviewing Method and Logical Analysis Method in this paper. What’s more, based on the analysis, much related and practical suggestion also is discussed as following parts.
