摘要：自20世纪90年代电子货币出现以来，电子货币逐渐在世界各个国家和地区被应用，我国近十年也出现了电子货币的快速发展。作为金融行业与信息科技结合的产物，电子货币为人们的生活带来的大量的便利，迅速为人所接受，其使用范围也不断增大。但同时也有越来越多的人注意到这一新生事物的发展所带来的大量潜在风险。本文首先对电子货币的定义和特性做出阐述。在此基础上分析相较传统货币，电子货币所突出表现的风险特征和潜在问题。之后通过观察我国电子货币发展现状和国外对电子货币监管现状来探析我国电子货币可行的发展模式，并得出对于电子货币应用的结论与展望。

Abstract：The application of the electronic money becomes more and more widely since 1990s in most of the countries or regions. Also, the electronic money has rapidly developed in China in the last decade. As a combination of the financial product and the information technology, the electronic money makes convenience to our lives and be widely accepted. However, the potential risks of this new combination has been gradually realized since its utility. This essay first introduces the definition and the features of the electronic money. Then analyze the outstanding risks and the potential problems of the electronic money on the base of the introduction. At last, the essay makes a survey of the development of the electronic money in China and the supervision and control of the electronic in Europe. And get the conduction of the possible development patterns of electronic money in China on the base of this survey.
