摘要：总所周知，我国是有名的世界工厂。也是外向型中小企业密集发达的国家。可是2008年的经济危机和之后美国的次贷危机等情况的发生。使得外向型中小企业的经济受到了致命的迫害。企业最主要的现金流收到了强烈的冲击。这些中小企业的融资问题也成为了这些企业首要要解决的问题。故从自身，国内经济环境，国外的静环境等因素进行分析。来寻找解决外向型中小企业的融资对策和发展。通过收集国际贸易的出口数据；汇丰PMI指数；PPI指数；金融机构的放贷情况出发进行细致的分析。通过此次分析可能导致外向型中小企业融资问题的有：人民币的汇率升值；金融机构不亲睐放贷给中小企业，自身的核心竞争力不足。这些问题可能需要政府在政策上，法律的条文上进行帮助或加快贸易的人民币结算。从外转内的进行改制寻求新的发展等方面解决此问题。

Abstract：Export-oriented SMEs are the main force of the economic development in China. But the financial crisis in 2008 threatened the economic development all over the world, and the export-oriented SME have suffered a fatal effect. The money flow enterprises treat as their life suffered a strong attack. The financing problem has become the first problem of the export-oriented SME to survive. Through analyzing the import and export trade data, the RMB exchange rate, financial institutions ’credit data as well as the HSBC PMI, PPI data .etc, the author discovered the reasons can be attributed to the successive rise of RMB exchange rate, the rejection of financial institutions, lack of core competitiveness and the weak financing consciousness etc. Speaking of how to solve the financing problem, the author thinks that it is necessary for the government, financial institutions and enterprises to cooperate. Creating more financial institutions, helping the export-oriented SME more, standardizing the informal financing institutions and introverted transformation are possible options. Based on what is above, this article is carried out around the subject.
