摘要：随着国民收入的不断提高和改革开放的不断深化，特别是中国大众旅游时代的到来，旅游大众化的趋势已日见明显，同时国外入境游客也在逐年增加，旅游业日见成为中国经济增长的热点。近年来，关于旅游业的各种研究也在不断增加。一个城市如何运用本地的优势资源,合理开发其具有特色的旅游业,促进本地的经济发展至关重要。
改革开放以来，常州旅游业取得了较大发展。在现有的条件下，常州市的旅游业发展的走势还是相当不错的。不过，相比长三角旅游发达城市依然有着不小差距。因此，常州市应努力提高城市知名度，从产品开发、文化内涵挖掘及市场拓展方面采取相应措施。本文是想通过一系列的调查研究，可以找出常州市目前的旅游业发展存在的优缺点，分析出现这种状况的原因，同时提出合理可行的解决方案。另外，将整个常州市的旅游发展的一个过程，从各个角度来归纳出一种相对可行的发展模式，为其他相同类型的城市提供一个可参考的模板，结合当地的特色，发展拥有本地特色的旅游产业。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of national income and the deepening of reform and opening up, especially the arrival of the era of mass tourism, tourism popular trend has became more and more obvious.At the same time ,the number of foreign tourists is also increasing year by year.So tourism has became the hot spot of the economic growth in China. In recent years, various studies of tourism is increasing,too. Considering these,how to use the advantage of local resources and make its tourism special to promote local economic development is very important.
Since the reform and opening, changzhou tourism has achieved great development. Under the existing conditions, the trend of tourism development in Changzhou is still fairly good. However, compared with the Yangtze river delta tourism ,Changzhou tourism has a gap among the developed cities.As a result, Changzhou should make efforts to improve the urban visibility from product development, the cultural connotation and market expansion. This paper tries to find out the changzhou present the advantages and disadvantages of tourism development, analyses the reasons for this situation through a series of investigation and study,and puts forward feasible solutions. Also, this paper will draw a conclusion considering the whole process of changzhou tourism development from different angles, and then offer a reference of the same type of template to other cities, which is combining with local characteristics to develope tourism industry.
