Abstract:Interest is the best teacher. It has a direct and great influence on learning effect and learning efficiency. This paper aims to find out the reason why students have little interest in learning and analyse the role of interest in self-regulated learning. In the first part of the paper, the writer find out the causes which lead students weary and methods that eliminate weariness and give nine policies to activate students' interest. In the second part, the writer analyses the role of interest in self-regulated learning and the use of learning strategy. The writer wishes that it can help students within weariness get interest in learning again and learn self-regulated through this paper.

摘要:兴趣是最好的老师。学习兴趣对学习效果和学习效率有着直接重大的影响。文章旨在找出学生缺乏学习兴趣的原因、分析兴趣在自主学习中的作用。文章在第一部分分析了学生产生厌学情绪的原因,并给出了消除厌学情绪的方法、提出了激发学习兴趣的策略;在第二部分,作者分析了学习兴趣在自主学习中的作用和学习的策略使用。希望能通过自己研究帮助厌学的学生重新获得学习兴趣,做到自主学习并在自主学习中能够更好的使用学习策略。

The essence of interest and its influence on learning is an old and new topic. Interest is the core issue that both education theory and education practice needs to solve. Educationist Herbart regards widely developed interest as one of the most main goal of education. He thought that interest can lead students have a correct and comprehensive recognize of the issue. It can guide positive learning, promote increase of knowledge and provide motivation to further learning. Deway is also the most famous theorist of interest. In the book "Interest and Efforts in Education", Deway pointed that it was totally different between the result of learning based on interest and that based on efforts. In 1980s, the research of the essence of interest and its influence on learning began to revive. Now, the issue of interest becomes the hottest topic in the field of education psychology.
From the point view of Dewey, we can know that learning based on interest is more important than that based on effort. Students learning with interest will be self-regulated. The learning effect of self-regulated students is much higher than that of students with little interest. Interest is the key factor that promotes students' learning. And how to activate students becomes the most important issue.
This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of this thesis. The second chapter is the literature review. The third chapter is the analysis of the students with little interest. In this chapter, it includes the reason for weariness and solution to eliminate weariness. The fourth chapter are the policies to activate interest. The fifth chapter is the analysis of role interest in self-regulated learning and use of learning strategies. Finally, the last chapter is the conclusion of this thesis.
