Abstract: The Old Man and the Sea is the representative work of Hemingway. This paper tries to reexamine and restudy this famous work in a text analysis way from ecological perspective. The relationship between man and nature is an eternal topic especially in contemporary society. With worsening environmental crisis, it is essential to discuss the view on nature in The Old Man and the Sea. Through analysis on the relationship between man and nature in the novel, the study aims to warn human beings to adjust the relationship with nature properly and to live in harmony with nature, which may provide useful reference to realize the harmony between man and nature.

摘要：《老人与海》是海明威的代表作。本文采用文本研究的方法，着重从生态主义角度重新研究和解读该作。人与自然的关系是个永恒的主题，尤其在环境危机日益加剧的当代社会，更需要对《老人与海》中所蕴涵的自然观进行深刻探讨。本论文旨在通过对小说中人与自然的关系的分析，警示人类合理调整与自然的关系, 以期为最终实现人与自然的和谐共生提供有益的借鉴。
