Abstract：Based on skopostheorie，this thesis studies the translation of Report to the 18th Party’s National Congress. This thesis holds that when translating vocabulary of political discourses, the translator can adopt the strategies of amplification, literal translation and explanation. In terms of the translation of sentences in political discourses, such strategies as transfer, substitution and rearrangement, etc, can be adopted. This thesis has a certain sense of enlightenment for the study on political discourse translation and is of practical value to promote cross-culture exchanges.

摘要：本文基于目的论，以十八大报告为研究对象，对政治语篇的翻译进行了研究。本文认为，对于政治语篇中词汇的翻译，译者可采用增译、直译和解释等翻译策略；对于句子的翻译可采用转译、替代和重组等翻译策略。本研究对于政治语篇的翻译具有一定的启示意义，对促进跨文化的交流也有一定的实践价值。
