Abstract:Internet has been widely spread throughout the whole world in the 21st century and has become an essential part of people's life, especially of Chinese citizens, the number of whom surfing the Internet is extremely large. Accordingly, more and more cyber neologisms have been presented before us. In addition, it is known to all that China is playing an important role in the world. Cyber neologisms, a new part of Chinese culture, are also very important in the present society. Then what are we supposed to do to deliver this new culture to the outside? To some extent, such problem is mainly related to translation. This paper will be developed by the combination of former authors' opinions and my own creative ideas. It will also pay much attention to the definition, classification of cyber neologisms and basic translation skills from the perspective of culture and translation. In addition, many real examples will be presented to prove the mentioned ideas forcefully together with my own translation versions. At last, I have to come up with some unsolved problems related to this area, trying to bring forward some effective and scientific suggestions on the basis of a thorough study and research.
