Abstract:Nowadays, many scholars have made cultural interpretations involving professional sexism, the influence of enterprise culture, national cultural background, interpersonal meaning and other broader aspects. However, these researches mostly stick to the domestic recruitment advertisements, lacking in the comparative analysis between Sino-American enterprises from a recruitment advertisement.
