Abstract
The cultivation and professional development of the normal students are a hot issue in current research. At the same time, it is also a serious problem in the education of the excellent normal students in China. Each of the normal college is looking for an effective way to make the students have the basic quality and the potential of the excellent teachers under the new situation. In the current society, the employment situation is very grim, most of the educational units of the recruitments of new teachers’ requirements are getting higher and higher, the ability of the normal college students are getting higher and higher too. Therefore, the training of normal students in the college is very important. In order to train the normal students, the normal colleges should set the reasonable curriculum and the learning arrangements so that the normal students could have the professional knowledge and ability. In the future employment, they will improve their competitiveness.
This paper starts from Rugao normal college and the depth study of the training objectives, school curriculum and arrangements for the students of the Rugao normal college. I will use my personal experience and the teaching methods which the teachers used in Rugao normal college and state that how to cultivate the excellent students in Rugao normal college. I will also interview with the students at Rugao normal college and present that some problems in training the normal students at Rugao normal college. Finally, I am looking forward to the good way to cultivate the normal students.
