Abstract
This paper is aimed to analyze some typical child images in”The Adventure of Tom Sawyer” . There are three parts in this essay, which are the life experience of the author, Tom’s innocence and romance, his wisdom and leadership and his rebellion and heroism to analyze the image of Tom Sawyer. At the same time, it also includes some other child images in the novel and social background at that time. In short, this thesis demonstrates and rethink the social factors from these child images.
