Abstract
The dissertation is intended to explain the meaning of affective education, which is one of educative methods that connects the educators and the educatees. According to the further research of foreign and domestic experts, affective education has a lot of advantages, it can not only improve the students’ cognitive ability, but also can facilitate the establishment of harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Therefore, putting affective educative methods into use has a profound significance. What’s more, although affective education has become more and more popular, lots of facts show that this educative method practices ineffectively. On the account of these phenomena, this dissertation is designed to try to find the way to combine affective education with practical English teaching properly, such as improving the teachers’ professional qualities, and establishing the harmonious relationship between the teachers and the students.
