This article mainly discusses the cultural differences between China and America from the dietary elements. In the different cultural customs, food culture is a very representative aspect. In this paper, the author reveals the deep-seated reasons for the differences in eating habits What’s more, in the background of globalization, Chinese and American food culture gradually communicate with each other and develop.
