Abstract
Pride and Prejudice is a worldwide classic work created by Jane Austin, who has the equal honor with Shakespeare. This novel described several couples’ affection and marriage problems through the main characters’ experience, which happened in British countryside, at the end of 18th century. This paper aims to analyze four main different marriages to sum up the determinate factors of marriage, one of the most important themes from ancient time to modern society, through most of the details in Pride and Prejudice.
