Abstract:As the first African American female writer winning the Nobel Prize in Literature, Toni Morrison has some famous works like The Bluest Eye, Sula, and Beloved. By combining Realism and Modernism in her works, she creates a new world in American literature. Her works mainly describe the miserable experience of African Americans, especially that of African American women.
