Abstract

At present, English teaching in China still depends on the classroom as the basic form of organization, but the teaching method is relatively backward. In the English teaching, many teachers still use the traditional English teaching methods and the phenomenon of repeating what the book says still exists. The organization of class teaching is loose and inefficient. English learning does not hold appropriate and timely teaching evaluations. However, education should pursue the permanent and ultimacy value, cultivate the real person and give students happy.

This paper is about the construction of a happy English class based on the foregrounding of teaching emphasis. The happy English class mode based on the foregrounding of teaching emphasis cannot leave two necessary elements-- teachers and students. Through the foregrounding of teaching emphasis, teachers and students go on orderly interactive activities, at the same time positively influence on each other. Finally the comprehension of teaching and learning can be enhanced, teachers and students' emotion can be realized, and efficient and happy English class can be achieved.
