Abstract
With the rapid development of social science and technology, a large number of new English words emerge. The popularization of computer builds a broad platform for the development of English vocabulary. Network technology continuously put new vigor into English words. The emerge of new words, is both a social and language phenomenon. Increasing neologisms caused a lot of different obstacles for English learners. Consequently, as English learners, it is important for us to find out the reasons for the emergence of the new English net words, the development trend and the new system of the structure of word formation .Grasping the above contents can help English learners develop English learning skills.
Firstly, this paper introduces the definition of New English net words, then it analyses the inevitable appearance of network language. Meanwhile, it elaborates the reasons for the popularity and classification of Chinese style English. Finally, the paper describes New English net words from the perspective of the composition and semantics. So people can have a better understanding of English and use it efficiently.
