中文摘要：由于中国国际地位的不断提升，中国领导人所发表的讲话影响力也不断扩大。在他们的讲话中，也更频繁地使用具有中国特色的话语。中国特色话语出现在政治，经济，文化，社会及生活等各个领域，是中国社会发展过程中特有的产物。但是由于汉英所属语系，语法结构的不同，以及所处文化背景的不同和人们思维方式的差异，译员很难在英语中找到与之对等的译语。因此，译员针对这类语句，有必要选择良好的口译策略以将中国精神准确传达给世界。
本文尝试以释意论为理论框架，以十九届中央政治局常委与中外记者见面会中所包含的中国特色话语为语料，采用定性分析法和解释性研究方法进行研究，总结出记者招待会中中国特色话语的口译策略与口译技巧，从而达到提高中国特色话语口译准确性及口译效率的目的。
