摘要:电子点火器的基本功用是在输入的点火信号触发下工作,及时通断点火线圈初 级电流,使点火线圈次级适时地产生高压,通过火花塞将汽缸中的可燃混合气点燃, 完成点火工作。一直以来,国内都没有厂家生产与 12V 5A 配合使用的汽车用电子 点火器。因此,在本次设计中,在充分了解点火器发展过程以及工作原理的前提下, 参考前人的电子点火器设计和设计中的经验总结,对典型的电子点火器进行改装和 再设计,设计出可以配合 12V 5A 霍尔信号发生器的电子点火器。要完成本次设计, 首先要在典型电子点火器的基础上设计出符合要求的电子点火器电路原理图,在电 路原理图的基础上计算出电路中各个电子元件的参数和支路的电流,选出合适的电 子元件,组成完整的电路图。在设计好电路图之后,利用 PROTEL 99 SE 软件将设 计出的电路图做出印刷电路板,同时根据电子点火器的工作原理设计出可以快速检 测点火器好坏的的检测设备。最后,根据设计出的电子点火器印刷线路板的尺寸以 及安装要求,利用 SolidWorks.2009 软件设计出电子点火器的外壳,完成本次设计。

Abstract:The basic function of Electronic ignition is working under the inputted ignition signal which is triggering;cutting off primary flow in time which is in the ignition coils; making the secondary ignition coils produce high-voltage timely;letting the combustible mixture gas burn up through the spark plug.after that the process of ignition is completed.All along, the domestic manufacturers are not used in conjunction with 12V 5A automotive electronic ignition. Therefore, In this thesis,with knowing clearly about the development of the igniter and its works theory,referencing the primary design of the electronic igniter as well as experience in the design,let the typical electronic igniter refit and re-design. Design out the 12V 5A electronic ignition of Hall signal generator. In order to complete this thesis, firstly design out the circuit scheme of the electronic igniter which meets the requirement of the basic of typical electronic igniter. Then in the basic of the circuit scheme, work out parameter of each electronic units and branch’s flow.According to this,pick out suitable units. At last, finish all circuit scheme. After that,with the help of PROTEL 99 SE, I will covert circuit scheme to the printed circuit board, and at the same time, according to its theory,I can design out detection device which can quickly detect the igniter. Finally, on the basis of printed circuit board’s size and the requirement of implementation, using the SolidWorks2009, design out the crust, finish the thesis.
