摘要:公路是我国社会物流的重要组成部分,自从实行市场化改革以来,社会运力大量涌入,这在很大程度上解决了运输难的问题,但是由于进入门槛低,从事公路货物运输的多为中小型物流企业甚至是个体司机,从业者各自为政经营松散信息滞后,运作模式比较简单,使得公路货物运输行业很快进入过度竞争状态,加之管理水平低下,经营模式粗放,公路货物运输的效率不高,货车空驶率达到惊人的百分之四十。近年来,我国现代物流业发展迅猛,各种现代物流技术和设备层出不穷,而公路货运行业发展缓慢,成为阻碍社会经济发展的社会性问题。为了改变公路货运行业的现状,一些专家学者和公路货运的从业者都做了很多研究和实践,但大多只停留在理论研究和前期探索阶段,也有一些企业在特定区域或细分市场做的比较好,却不能从根本上改善公路货运行业的现状,在这样的背景下,公路港物流模式产生了。公路港模式从创立到成功运营,受到了物流界的广泛关注,本文通过对公路港的运营模式功能介绍,分析在公路港平台上聚集的各种零担物流资源及其相互关系,并对在该模式下整合这些资源的方法进行探究。

ABSTRACT:Logistics in China highway is an important part, since the implementation of market-oriented reforms since the influx of social capacity, which largely solves the difficult problem of transportation, but due to low barriers to entry, engaged in road transport of goods, mostly in small logistics business, and even individual drivers, practitioners operating loosely fragmented information lag, mode of operation is relatively simple, making the road transport industry will soon enter the state of excessive competition, coupled with poor management, business model, extensive road freight transport is not efficient, truck empty driving a staggering 40%. In recent years, China's rapid development of modern logistics industry, a variety of modern logistics technology and equipment, endless, and the slow development of road freight industry, become an obstacle to social and economic development of the social issues. In order to change the status of road freight industry, a number of experts, scholars and practitioners road freight have done a lot of research and practice, but most only stay in theoretical research and early stage of exploration, there are some companies in a particular region or market segments do more good, but not fundamentally improve the road freight industry status quo, in this context, the road to Hong Kong logistics model produced. Road to Hong Kong model from the creation to the successful operation, has been widespread concern in the logistics sector, the paper through the operation of highway mode function introduced Hong Kong, Hong Kong platform to analyze the highway gather various LTL logistics resources and their interrelationships, and the mode integrated approach to explore these resources.

   公路零担物流作为我国货物运输的组织方式之一,在社会物流中占有重要的地位,是构成整个公路货物运输系统中不可缺少的重要组成部分,但目前我国公路零担物流的经营比较分散,公路零担物流资源的利用效率比较低。本文以公路港物流模式为研究基础,来分析探讨当前各种公路零担物流资源的现状及其相互关系,并力图从提高全社会物流效率的角度找出整合这些公路零担物流资源的方法,促进公路零担物流效率的提高和零担物流市场的成熟,并以传化公路港的路港快线为例,介绍了行业内对公路零担物流资源整合的实践和探索。由于公路零担物流资源的整合尚处于摸索阶段,本文只是对在公路港模式下的整合方式进行了分析,公路港之外的其他整合方式还需要更多的专家学者参与进来研究。
