摘要:薪酬管理作为企业管理的一个核心内容,它的公平度深刻影响着员工的行为、业绩和满意度。员工薪酬满意度的高低是衡量企业薪酬管理水平的重要标志,是影响企业人力资源管理实效性的重要因素。因此,民营企业将深入研究企业员工的薪酬满意度作为其人力资源管理中最有价值的研究课题之一。随着理论研究和企业实践的不断深入,作为影响企业绩效的一项关键因素,薪酬满意度越来越为管理者所重视。公平理论和差异理论是薪酬满意度的两大理论基础,薪酬满意度包含了外部公平、内部公平和自我公平。对此,本文从把握员工薪酬满意度的科学内涵入手,通过对江苏地区24家企业118名员工的匿名调查,并用SPSS软件进行数据分析,实证研究了该样本的特征,总结薪酬满意度的影响因素,分析样本结构存在的差异性。着重分析员工薪酬满意度对民营企业人力资源管理的影响,以及影响民营企业员工薪酬满意度的因素。在对员工薪酬满意度进行深刻思考的基础上,有针对性地提出了提高民营企业员工薪酬满意度的对策,以期给企业管理人员启示。

Abstract:As a core content of enterprise management, the fair degree compensation management effects employees’ behavior, performance and satisfaction. Whether the level of employees’ satisfaction is high or not will be an important factor to measure the enterprises’ compensation management. At the same time, it is a principal element that impacts the enterprises’ human resource management. Therefore, the in-depth study of employees’ compensation satisfaction is becoming one of the most valuable research subjects in private enterprises. Equity theory and discrepancy theory are theoretical basis of the compensation satisfaction which includes external equity, internal equity and fairness. Therefore, the article set a scientific connotation of the staff compensation satisfaction. After an anonymous survey which includes 118 employees from 24 companies in Jiangsu province, the article sets an empirical research on the characteristic of the sample with SPSS software. And then concludes the compensation satisfaction factors. At last, it analyses the differences between the sample structures. The research focuses on whether staff compensation satisfaction would affect the human resource management of private company, as well as the factors which result in the phenomenon. Based on the profound thinking of the staff compensation satisfaction, this article puts forward some measures for the enterprise management to improve employees’ compensation satisfaction.
