摘要:传统的物流形式是以自然资源的高投入、高消耗为特征的短期粗放型经济行为，以牺牲环境价值来换取社会经济价值，消耗大量的不可再生资源，引起环境恶化和生态系统失衡，严重制约了社会和经济的持续发展，甚至直接威胁到人类的生存。绿色物流是将可持续发展思想融入到企业物流战略规划和物流管理活动中，将生态环境与经济发展联结为一个互为因果的有机整体，强调物流系统效率、企业经济利益与生态环境利益的协调与平衡，是一种资源节约型和综合利用型的生产方式，解决环境与发展之间的矛盾，是现代物流发展的必然趋势，也是现代物流发展的最佳选择。本文从绿色物流的角度出发，分析了江苏新宁现代物流公司发展现状极其存在的问题，并提出了江苏新宁现代物流公司绿色物流发展对策。

Abstract:The traditional form is based on natural resources, the logistics of high input, high consumption is characterized by extensive short-term economic activity, the value of sacrificing the environment for socio-economic value, consume a large amount of non-renewable resources, causing environmental degradation and ecosystem imbalance seriously hampered social and economic sustainable development, and even a direct threat to human survival. Green logistics is the concept of sustainable development into corporate strategic planning and logistics management, logistics activities, the ecological environment and economic development linked to a reciprocal causation organic whole, emphasizing the efficiency of logistics systems, enterprise economic interests and environmental interests coordination and balance, is a resource saving and comprehensive utilization of production methods, to solve the contradiction between environment and development is the inevitable trend of development of modern logistics, modern logistics development is the best choice. From the perspective of green logistics, green logistics development in China are analyzed the problems most current situation and proposes the development of green logistics measures.

本文阐述了绿色物流的概念、特征及其理论发展，在此基础上分析新宁物流公司绿色物流的发展现状和存在的一系列问题，并提出了大力发展绿色物流的策略。目前在世界范围内都非常重视绿色物流的发展，而新宁物流公司在这方面也逐渐开展了深入的理论研究和实践活动，并获得了很多成果和经验。但由于新宁物流对于绿色物流的研究起步晚，绿色物流技术相对落后，所以绿色物流管理尚为形成企业和社会积极主动的行为，这也给本文的撰写带来一定的难度，所以本文不可避免的存在不足，有些问题有待进一步研究，比如，缺少数据支撑和相应的定量分析。在今后的工作和学习中，将进一步加强这方面的研究，为新宁物流公司绿色物流的发展和推进贡献力量。
