摘要:纵观当今优秀酒店的发展经验,个性化服务是一个重要的因素。酒店个性化服务是新时期旅游酒店服务的发展方向和竞争重点,是人道主义精神和人文关怀的重要体现,是时代进步和社会发展的需要。随着我国酒店业的发展,消费者对酒店业的服务要求越来越高,尤其对个性化服务的要求比较突出。现代酒店必须以个性化服务的理念面对需求时刻变化的消费者,只有这样,酒店才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文阐述了酒店个性化服务的内涵及个性化服务的内容,分析了酒店个性化服务的特征、个性化服务在酒店管理中的作用,最后提出了酒店的个性化服务措施。

Modern hotel must face consumers demand changes with the concept of personalized services. This is the only way the hotel can remain invincible in the fierce market competition. This paper describes the hotel connotation of personalized service and the content of personalized services, analysis the characteristics of a Hotel personalized service, the effects of personalized service in hotel management, and finally give out the hotel's personalized service measures.

酒店个性化服务在标准化服务的基础上逐渐发展起来的一种新的服务理念和服务模式,随着近年来酒店业的发展,个性化服务的理念被酒店广泛推崇,人们对酒店的认知从标准化时代向个性化时代过渡。现代酒店的消费方式已经到了顾客挑剔的时代,前来酒店消费的顾客希望在消费过程中得到享受,以及在住房、用餐、娱乐等方面得到全方位的服务。要与前来入住的客人加强沟通,于细小处见个性化建设;提倡服务到个人,服务到细微之处;要倡导适时的服务,让客人们感受到尊重和关注。开展个性化服务,必须硬件先行,软件跟上,体现特色,控制成本,并引进、采用先进管理方法,不断提高服务的内涵,提高服务的档次,绝不能始终停留在一个水平、局限在一个模式中,这样才能与时俱进,达到预期的目标。
