摘要:中国通过“以经济建设为中心”的基本国策,历经一代人辛勤劳动,我国经济得到大力发展,人民的物质生活与精神文化得到改善。近年来,以电视网络为主要载体的我国文化事业得到了快速发展,随着数字有线电视的普及,同时随着时代潮流与思想的变迁,许多新鲜的事物逐渐走入了人民大众的视线。电视招聘模式就是在这个时代思潮与技术革新的背景下诞生了。作为信息化时代影响下产生的新事物,其生命力与发展潜力都是非常不可估量的,正因为如此,电视招聘模式在世界各国都有所体现,同时电视招聘模式能够反映当下社会热点话题,因此,至它诞生起,电视招聘模便迅速在世界流行起来,然而,事物都具两面性。电视招聘模式虽然拥有其优势,但在实行的过程中依然暴露出了许多问题。电视招聘模式作为新时代企业招聘的新型工具,我们的企业在运用电视招聘模式时,应当着重扬长避短,让电视招聘模式更好地为企业服务。

TV has its advantages of recruitment model though, but in the process of implementation is still exposed many problems. A new tool for TV recruitment model as a new era of enterprise recruitment, our enterprises in the use of TV recruitment mode, should avoid weaknesses, let TV recruitment patterns serve enterprise better.
