摘要：医疗保障关系着全体人民的身心健康，关系着千万家庭的幸福安康，关系着国家的和谐安康，是一项关系全国人民的重大民生政策。近年来，随着高校的扩招不断增大，大学生群体的数量不断增加，这个特殊的群体也逐渐受到越来越多的关注。而大学生医疗保险制度一直未受到足够的关注，2008年10月，国务院将大学生纳入城镇医疗保险体系，并从2009年起取消大学生公费医疗制度，各地纷纷进行大学生医疗保险制度的改革。
本文首先介绍了研究此课题的背景、相关的文献综述、研究方法的选择和研究的目的和意义等。为了深入分析大学生医疗保险制度改革和现状，本文重点回顾了我国大学生医疗保险制度的发展历程。在分析现行大学生医疗保险制度的基础上，详细分析了南京市大学生医疗保险改革的实施现状，采用随机抽样的方法对大学生进行文件调查，通过对数据的有效分析从而对大学生医疗保险制度的现行状况进行有效分析。

Abstract:Medical security relationship with all the people's physical and mental health, and the relationship between the well-being of a million families in relation to the country's harmony, peace, is a relationship between the major national people's livelihood policy. In recent years, with increasing of college expansion, the growing number of university student group, this special group also gradually receiving more and more attention. But college students' medical insurance system has not received scant attention, in October 2008, the state council will college students into the medical insurance system, and in 2009, public health care system has been cancelled since college students, many governments for college students of system of medical treatment insurance reform.
This paper firstly introduces the background, the subject research relevant literature review, choice of research method and the research purpose and meaning, etc. In order to further analysis of medical insurance system reform and college students, this paper reviews the current college students in our country of system of medical treatment insurance development process. On the analysis of the present student medical insurance system based on detailed analysis of nanjing university students, the actuality of the medical insurance reform, by means of random sampling method of college students, through the data files survey of college students and the effective analysis of the current situation of medical insurance system for effective analysis.
