[摘要] 秘书是当今社会中普遍存在的职业，但是很多人对于秘书的角色定位还会存在误区。在不同的场合中，秘书就要扮演不同的角色，不仅仅只是坐在办公室办公而已。本课题就秘书人员的角色意识进行讨论，分析出秘书应该具备哪些角色意识，分析出一些秘书人员的角色错位现象，以及如何培养正确的角色意识，才算是个称职的秘书人员。

[Abstract] Secretary of the common occupations in today's society, but many people will continue to exist for the role of the Secretary misunderstanding. On different occasions, the secretary should play different roles, not just sitting in the office. This topic for discussion on the role of awareness of the secretarial staff, analysis of the Secretary should have the role awareness, list some of the secretarial staff of the role reversal phenomenon, as well as how to cultivate the role of consciousness to be considered as a competent secretarial staff.

秘书是个“角色组”，也就是说，秘书在不同的场合、不同的条件下需要扮演不同的角色，或是在同一时间扮演多种角色。所以在这种情况下，秘书应该明确自己的角色，不断强化角色意识，才能胜任自己的工作，成为优秀的秘书人才。本课题就秘书人员的角色意识进行讨论，分析出秘书应该具备哪些角色意识，以及如何培养正确的角色意识，才算是个称职的秘书人员。
