[摘要] 现代秘书工作中,秘书因其代表了所服务机关和企业的形象,日益显示了其重要性。秘书需要掌握与不同的人在不同环境的交际能力,在提高工作质量和效率的同时,还能更好的展示自我的魅力与风采。因此,作为一个合格的秘书,不仅要具备丰富的专业知识,较强的办事能力和良好的工作方法,还要学会相应的人际沟通技巧。因此,秘书在不断扩充理论、应用知识、提高各种办事能力的同时,也必须处理好与领导、同事、下属乃至于社会其他各界成员之间的人际关系。秘书在处理人际关系时要遵循一定的原则方法,这样才能更好的完成自己的工作,实现自身价值,增强凝聚力。

[Abstract] Modern secretary, Secretary for on behalf of the service organization or enterprise image, increasingly shows its importance. The secretary need to master with different people in different environment, communication ability, can improve the working quality and efficiency at the same time, can better show the charm and style. Therefore, as a qualified secretary, should not only have rich professional knowledge, strong ability and good working methods but also to learn the communication and interpersonal skills. Therefore, the Secretary in the expansion theory, application of knowledge, improve work ability at the same time, also must deal with the leadership, colleagues, subordinates and other social from all walks of life among members of the interpersonal relationship. Secretary in the processing interpersonal relationship to abide by certain principles and methods, so as to better complete their work, realize their own values, enhance cohesive affinity.
