摘 要:快乐管理,顾名思义,就是让企业员工快乐工作,快乐学习,快乐生活。把企业当成是自己的家,为企业的生存发展贡献力量。快乐管理的核心是以人为本。企业要想获得长久发展,人才是必不可少的。员工在企业整个运营网络中担负着极为重要的作用。因此,怎样让员工的满意度提高,怎样让员工快乐地接受管理,是时代对企业所提出的考验。另一方面,顾客满意无疑是现代企业追求的目标之一,这也是企业获得长久发展的基础。

   员工、产品、顾客在企业的生存发展中扮演着重要角色,三者缺一不可。顾客对于企业的产品或服务质量的满意程度更为重要,甚至将影响企业的生存发展。如果企业只注重顾客而忽略员工,那么企业就将面临危机,同时,如果企业采用高压式的管理方式来管理员工,就会导致员工将不良情绪带到工作中,从而间接影响顾客的满意度,这样又会反作用于企业。对于这种恶性循环,企业必须及时规避,以免遭受失败。

   怎样才能找出合理有效的方法来解决顾客与员工之间的矛盾呢?这需要我们总结借鉴别人的经验的同时,加以研究调查,从而找出一种合适的管理模式为企业所用。本论文就是根据管理学原理,结合顾客满意与员工是否快乐工作的种种因素进行研究分析,致力于解决顾客与员工在企业发展过程中的矛盾。让企业在良性的生存发展中,既保证顾客满意,又让员工快乐地工作学习。

ABSTRACT:Happy management, by definition, is to make employees work,learn and live happily. Employees put enterprises as their home, and devote themselves to the survival and development of enterprises.The core of happy management is people-oriented. If enterprises are to be the only long-term development, talent is essential. Employees are responsible for an extremely important role in the whole network operators. Therefore, how to make employee satisfaction improve, how to make employees happy to accept the management, is the era of enterprise test. On the other hand, customer satisfaction is undoubtedly one of the pursuit of the goal of the modern enterprise, which is the enterprises to obtain long-term development on the basis.

   Employees, products, and customers play an important role in the survival and development of enterprises, and they are indispensable. customer satisfaction for the product or service quality is more important, and even affect the survival and development of enterprises. Companies focus only on customers and ignore the staff, then the business will face a crisis, at the same time, if the high-pressure management approach to managing employees, it will lead to staff putting the negative emotions into work, and thus indirectly affect customer satisfaction.This will counterproductive in enterprises. For this vicious cycle, companies must timely manner to avoid in order to avoid defeat.

   How to find a reasonable and effective way to solve the contradiction between the customers and staff? This requires us to sum  up and learn the experience of others,at the same time, to study survey in order to identify an appropriate management model for the enterprise. This thesis is based on the principles of management, combining with customer satisfaction and staff happy whether or not at work to analyze.this thesis is committed to solve the contradiction between the customers and the employees in the enterprise development process.Let enterprises in the healthy survivel and develop in the healthy, both to ensure customer satisfaction,and let employees work and learn happily.
