摘要:在如今的社会,经济型酒店已经与大众生活紧密相扣,成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。而经济型酒店目前市场竞争越来越激烈,但各品牌酒店的相关条件又趋于同质化,做好服务创新则显得至关重要。本文围绕经济型酒店的服务创新,探索增强经济型酒店服务质量的方法。
本文首先,从经济型酒店的服务和服务创新出发,引出研究背景和意义,提出本文的研究内容和研究方法。其次,根据国内目前服务现状,找出问题并提出改善的方法和新的发展思路。再次,结合如家快捷宾馆的特点、存在问题和发展需要,借鉴国内外的一些研究成果,进行分析与评价。最后则通过现状的分析结果,提出完善如家快捷宾馆的服务质量的对策。
