摘要:本文梳理了互联网金融的诞生和发展过程,说明在当今互联网时代背景下,互联网金融公司必然会与商业银行竞争。之后,介绍了互联网金融的行为主体并分析其利弊,并通过三项基本业务具体分析了互联网金融对商业银行的冲击。接下来运用竞争理论和PEST模型对互联网金融的竞争环境具体研究,分析出商业银行在互联网金融背景下面临的机遇与挑战。最后,根据我国商业银行现在的具体情况,对其战略选择及发展模式提出几点建议。
因为目前,我国的互联网金融尚处在起步阶段,数据信息等并不全面,政策监管等也未完备,加上本人水平有限,因此文中有关分析还存在不足,望海涵。只希望通过对互联网金融趋势之下的商业银行业务发展战略进行研究,提升我国商业银行的综合实力。

Abstract: This paper reviews the birth and development of Internet banking, the description in the context of today's Internet age, the Internet is bound to financial companies to compete with commercial banks. After introduction of the main acts of the Internet and analyze the financial pros and cons of the three basic operations through a detailed analysis of the Internet financial impact on commercial banks. Next competition theory and PEST model using both the competitive environment of the specific research, analysis of the opportunities and challenges in the Internet commercial banks facing financial background. Finally, according to China's commercial banks are now specific circumstances, make a few suggestions of its strategic choices and development.
Because at present, China's Internet banking is still in its infancy, the data and information is not comprehensive, nor complete regulatory policies, coupled with the limited level, so the text relating to the analysis still insufficient, hope generosity. Only hope that through the commercial banking business development strategy under the trend of Internet-based financial research, enhance the comprehensive strength of China's commercial banks.
