摘要：财务分析是金融业中非常重要的一块，也是所有行业中都非常重要的一块，通过财务分析，可以看到一家公司过去和现在的经营状况，也可以预测公司未来的发展，对于政府、公司、行业、投资者等都是必不可少的，但是说到财务分析，企业征信虽然包含财务分析，并不会单独地拿出来说企业征信财务分析，也就是说可以认为企业征信中的财务分析与普通的财务分析并没有什么不同，那么到底有没有不同呢？将上市公司财务分析与企业征信财务分析进行从定义、目的、步骤、内容、方法、结果等各方面对比探析，找出两者是否存在相异之处，这就是本论题的目的所在。
