摘要：黄金作为长期投资工具，较高的投资价值，并且是一个独立的资源，没有涉及公司或政府，也不仅限于任何国家或贸易市场。因此，投资者通过投资黄金，通常是为了避免可能出现的经济市场的问题。所以在各国的投资市场中，黄金投资市场是重要的组成部分之一，并且各国黄金储备占外汇储备比率较大。与其他国家成熟的黄金投资市场相比，中国的黄金投资市场起步较晚，直到2002年才进入开发阶段，所以中国黄金投资市场真正的历史可以说只有不到12年的时间。本文通过对我国黄金投资市场的研究，以及与国际上成熟的黄金投资市场进行对比分析，指出了我国目前黄金投资市场存在交易主体与体系结构不完善、监管多头、市场封闭等问题，并对一些限制市场发展的原因进行了分析。随后，本文借鉴了国际上成熟的黄金投资市场，提出了增加银行参与度，统一监管，完善相关法律法规等对策和建议。

Abstract：Gold work as a long term investment vehicle has high investment value. And it is an independent resource, not involved with the company or the government, also not limited to any country or trade markets. Therefore, investors usually avoid problems in economic markets that may occur by investing in gold. So in various countries investment market, the gold investment market is one important part. And gold reserves account for a large percentage of foreign exchange reserves. Compared with other countries mature market, China's gold investment market started late. Until 2002, Chinese gold investment market entered the development phase, so the real history of Chinese gold investment market less than 12 years. The paper comparative and analysis with the international mature gold investment market, point out transactions subject and architecture imperfect, regulators bull, market closed. And analysis some reasons. Subsequently, the paper draws on international mature gold investment market, put forward some suggestions.
