摘要：我国物流业起步较晚，正向物流发展得尚不成熟就更不要说逆向物流了。因此，没有几家企业会花精力在逆向物流上，随着消费者对产品多样化和个性化的要求越来越高，由此导致产品生命周期日益缩短，更新换代速度加快，被人们淘汰的物品也越来越多。越来越多的企业已经认识到物流管理的重要性，把物流管理提到一个较高的层次。尽管我国企业过去长期冷落物流，但随着人们环保意识的增强，政府环境立法的加快，物流及逆向物流正在被社会各界越来越多人士认识和重视，我国政府为贯彻落实科学发展观、推动循环经济，制定了一系列法律法规和责任制度，但相比发达国家，企业物流的发展仍然滞后。随着中国市场化进程的加速和中国加入WTO，面对日趋完善的世界经济一体化趋势，由于中国物流业市场进入的扩大，必将使中国的物流产业融入全球性物流产业跨国化、大型化和因特网经济化的潮流之中，加入全球电子上午迅猛发展的良好环境，中国物流业必然面临着更大的机遇与挑战。物流在国民经济中占有重要地位，对社会生存和再生产起着重要作用。物流产业化是提高宏观经济效益和围观经济效益的重要保证。
苏宁公司作为以白色家电为主的综合型百货龙头企业之一，它的物流及逆向物流在我国具有代表性。本文通过通过研究苏宁物流及逆向物流，找出苏宁物流和逆向物流中的优点和缺点，比较其与世界先进物流及逆向物流的差距，从而进一步找出中国物流及逆向物流不足之处，并提出了相应的改进策略从而使我国物流有更好的发展。

ABSTRACT：the logistics industry in China started late, forward logistics development is not yet mature to say nothing of the reverse logistics. As a result, few companies will spend energy on reverse logistics, as consumer demand for product diversification and individuation is higher and higher, leading to increasingly shorter product life cycle, update speed, is also more and more people out of items. More and more enterprises have realized the importance of logistics management, to logistics management refers to a higher level. Although our country enterprise long-term cold logistics in the past, but with the people environmental protection consciousness enhancement, to speed up the environmental legislation by the government, logistics and reverse logistics are being more and more people know and attention from all walks of life, the Chinese government to implement the scientific concept of development, promoting circulation economy, develop a series of laws and regulations and responsibility system, but compared with developed countries, the development of the enterprise logistics is still lagging behind. Along with the acceleration of marketization process of China and China's accession to the WTO, facing the world economic integration trend is increasingly perfect, because of China's logistics industry into the expansion of market will make China's international logistics industry into the global logistics industry, large-scale, and economization of the trend of Internet, to join the global electronic morning good environment of rapid development, China's logistics industry is facing greater challenges and opportunities. Logistics occupies an important position in national economy, play an important role for society to survive and reproduce. Logistics industrialization is to improve the macro economy and watch the important guarantee of economic efficiency.
Suning company as home appliance is given priority to with white one of the leading enterprises in the comprehensive department, its logistics and reverse logistics in our country representative. Suning's logistics and reverse logistics in this paper, through the research, point out the advantages and disadvantages in suning's logistics and reverse logistics, compares them with the world's advanced logistics and reverse logistics, so as to further find out the deficiency in China's logistics and reverse logistics, and proposed the corresponding improvement strategy so that the logistics have a better development in our country.
