摘要：经过多年的发展，我国农村小额信贷取得了长足进步，对农村事业的发展起了积极的作用。当今中国经济持续稳定发展最为关键的问题无疑是三农问题。而农村金融的支持力度是影响农村经济稳定、农业发展平衡和农民收入增加的关键因素。随着农村小额信贷的开展，这项工程也面临了日益突出的问题。保证我国农村小额信贷的健康发展，需要通过我们共同的努力。本文通过对海门农村商业银行成功案例的分析，进一步使我们了解到海门市小额信贷产业的状况。同时，经过对农户的调查，本文对小农信贷产业的问题提出了一定的解决方案。

Abstract：After many years of development, our China’s rural microfinance made rapid progress and played a positive role in the development of our rural undertakings. The key point in today’s China sustainable economic development is undoubtedly the three agricultural problems. And the rural financial support is the key factor that affects the rural economic stability, agricultural development balance and farmers’ income increase. With the rural small loans, the project is also facing a growing problem. So it needs our efforts to guarantee the healthy development of the rural microfinance. The essay analyses the rural commercial bank successful cases in Haimen, then makes us further understand the microfinance industry situation of Haimen. At the same time, through the survey of the households, this essay provides a certain solutions about the problem of small-scale peasant credit industry.

农村小额信贷有效地解决了农村中低收入群体贷款难、融资难的问题，成为广大农民脱贫致富的法宝，所以备受农民的欢迎和推崇。但是，随着农村小额信贷的进行，这项工程也面临着不可小视的问题，这些问题日益突出。本文将从小额信贷机构及农户两个角度对海门小额信贷情况进行调查，分析该地区小额信贷具体存在的问题，提出一些可行的解决办法，以希望进一步提高该地区小额信贷的效果，促进该地区农业经济的发展，使农民能够跟上经济发展的步伐，最终走上致富的道路，同时为国家的经济发展做出贡献。
