摘要：2008年，世界性金融海啸席卷全球，放缓了各国经济的增长速度。同样我国从金融市场到实体经济也无不遭受到冲击，受全球金融危机的影响，我国中小企业经营环境发生变化，面临着诸多困难，尤其是众多的传统和贸易型中小企业甚至面临生存危机。至今，金融危机的余波仍在影响着中小企业的发展。本文旨在通过探究金融危机下南通纺织业存在的问题与对策分析，找出促进中小企业发展的方法。从个人角度来说，认识到解决中小企业问题的正确方法，可以让我们在企业面临困难问题时不会束手无策，不论是在面对金融危机还是在大环境好的时候，都可以得到最充分的发展；从社会角度来说，解决了中小企业的自身问题，可以推动南通经济增长、减轻就业压力、增加居民收入、创造社会财富，有助于提高整个社会的消费能力，成为扩大内需的真正源动力等等。

Summary: In 2008, world financial tsunami sweeping the world, slowing economic growth. Again from financial markets to real economies in China also have all been affected, from the effects of the global financial crisis, SMEs business environment changes in China, faces numerous difficulties, especially a large number of traditional and trade-oriented SMEs and even face a crisis of survival. Since the aftermath of the financial crisis is still affecting the development of small and medium enterprises .This article aims to explore financial crisis problems in the textile industry in Nantong and countermeasures analysis to identify methods of promoting SME development.
