摘要：本文首先对中小出口企业的国际大环境和国内新形势进行介绍，并通过对当前形势的深刻研究来阐述中小出口企业面临的机遇与挑战，然后重点对中小出口企业的最佳运作模式进行研究，并结合中小企业劳动力模式的现状以及东西模式的区别对待进行探讨。最后从管理模式、贸易进入方式、贸易条约的约束、国内外市场的角度对中小出口企业如何在纷繁复杂的跨国贸易中趋利避害给出一些自己的建议。

Abstract:Firstly, the international environment and the new domestic situation of the minor export enterprise are introduced in my thesis, and study on the current circumstances to illustrate the opportunities and challenges what minor export enterprise face in China. Then, focusing on the best profitability operation mode of the enterprises, combined with the current situation of minor export enterprise model and the difference between West and East model, We also studied. Finally, from the angles of management, trade mode of entry, trade treaty constraints, the perspective of domestic and foreign markets, some own views about how to avoid disadvantages in the complicated cross-border trade are still expressed.

新形势下，全球经济在经历了金融危机的冲击之后，已发生了翻天覆地的变化。在国际市场风云涌动，世界经济缓慢复苏的大环境下，使各国的经济活动特别是跨国经济活动受到严重影响，跨国经营的风险增加，中国作为经济大国也不例外。人民币升值，劳动力成本不断上升等一系列问题给国家带来了很大打击。面对这样的国内形势，中小企业作为外向型经济的重要组成部分，既面对着挑战，也面临着空前的机遇。如各国为加快经济复苏而减少外资进入的限制，放松高端技术的出口瓶颈等等，为中小出口企业的对外发展提供了条件。因此，在本文中，我希望通过此次对中小出口企业的面临的机遇与挑战的研究来给处于战略机遇期的中小企业一点建议。此外，在这空前的机遇面前，中小出口出口企业如何选择正确的盈利模式，并且在跨国贸易中趋利避害的问题也成为一个具有很高研究价值的论题。
