摘要：区域文化遗产的开发会给该地区带来经济增长，但由于文化产业对于经济增长有特有的规律，所以我们必须遵循文化产业的自身特征加以开发。本文以曲阜孔子旅游为例证，从文化产业的相关理论进行研究和探讨。曲阜在文化遗产开发中能充分运用孔子文化资源加以开发，并将其作为旅游产业的支柱，在经济上获取了一定的收益，但也不能否认，曲阜的文化旅游开发中出现了文化与经济的脱嵌现象。文化旅游开发出现了过于功利化、产品单一、对文化保护不足等不良倾向，原因主要在于其没有充分重视文化产业的波及效应，也缺乏可持续发展的战略眼光。此个案反映了文化旅游开发要充分尊重文化产业的社会性和经济性的双重特性，进一步促进文化和经济的良性互动。

Abstract: The development of regional cultural heritage will bring economic growth to the region, but because of cultural industry for economic growth has its own rules, so we must follow the characteristics of the cultural industry to develop. This article for example in qufu Confucius tourism, from the related theory on the cultural industry research and discussion. Qufu in cultural heritage development can make full use of Confucius culture resources to development, and as the pillar of the tourism industry in economy, get a certain amount of income, but can't deny, qufu cultural tourism development in appeared off cultural and economic phenomenon of embedded. Cultural tourism development appeared too onefold, utilitarian, products of culture protection, cause undesirable tendencies insufficiency lies mainly in its no adequate attention to cultural industry spread effect, also lack sustainable development strategic vision. This case reflect the cultural tourism should fully respect cultural industry sociality and economy and further promote the dual characteristics of cultural and economic benign interaction.
