摘要:加工贸易在我国随着改革开放的不断深入而不断壮大，在我国进出口贸易总额中一直占据半壁江山。目前我国的加工贸易行业在迅猛发展同时，也存在着一些问题，例如造成我国外贸依存度过高，冲击了国内相关原料工业的发展等。本文通过分析我国加工贸易的现状和特点以及存在的一些问题，阐述了加工贸易在我国转型升级的必要性，为探讨我国加工贸易转型升级的方向提供了可供参考的的建议。

30多年来，加工贸易作为我国积极参与国际分工、促进投资和贸易自由化的一种方式，在我国经济发展的历史长卷上描绘了绚丽多彩的篇章。加工贸易在我国经济发展中发挥的积极作用是其它贸易方式不可替代的。同时，我国加工贸易也面临着一些问题存在着一些制约因素，需要清醒的认识。事物在运动中前进，矛盾在解决过程中化为动力，认清加工贸易面临的挑战，进一步完善加工贸易，加快推进加工贸易转型升级的步伐才能使之为我国经济的腾飞做出更大的贡献。
