摘要：潮州陶瓷产业无论从技术水平、规模品位、市场份额、产业集聚、创新能力、服务配套等方面，在国内各陶瓷产区中都居于领先地位，是国内日用陶瓷、工艺陶瓷、卫生陶瓷、技术陶瓷的重要生产基地和出口基地。不过目前的潮州陶瓷产业主要是缺乏了一个完整的产业引擎，整个产业呈现出一种群龙无首的状态，这就导致了潮州陶瓷产业缺少了对外竞争力。因此，了解潮州陶瓷竞争力降低的问题所在，分析潮州陶瓷的国际竞争力在国际市场中的地位，结合潮州陶瓷实际，提出解决策略。本文创新之处在于图文并茂地结合潮州实际，有针对性地进行问题分析，并提出解决方案，为潮州陶瓷出口之路走得更远更广阔提出借鉴意义。

Abstract：A group of enterprise in the production of product research and development institutions form their own, part of the enterprise has become a national, provincial, municipal high and new technology enterprise, independent research and development innovation ability enhances unceasingly. Chaozhou ceramic industry from the technical level, no matter size grade, market share, industrial concentration and innovation ability, and the service facilities, and so on, in the country in various areas in producing ceramics are leader, is domestic ceramic, craft ceramics, health ceramics, ceramic technology of the important production base and export base. But the current chaozhou ceramic industry mainly is the lack of a comprehensive industrial engine, the whole industry is presented in a decapitated state, this has the chaozhou ceramic industry without external competitiveness. Therefore, chaozhou ceramic enterprise need to face up to their own defect, eliminates the bad habits, efforts to reform the innovation, keep up with the pace of The Times, to believe that, with its long history and exquisite porcelain making process, chaozhou ceramics in the future international competition will up-and-coming, flourishes.

潮州陶瓷面临着严峻的国际市场竞争力的挑战，不能积极应对市场需求的变化出口产品结构不合理，出口陶瓷产品产品档次偏低，生产结构性过剩，出口陶瓷产品种类需要调整，产品研发能力不强，长远的国际市场开发战略有待建立，营销方式落后等等问题，制约着潮州陶瓷出口的进一步发展。因此，潮州陶瓷业要在提高国际竞争力上取得大的突破，必须建立完整的产业引擎，努力改革、力求创新，引进优秀人才和先进的管理技术，合力打造区域品牌，这样才能避免潮州陶瓷每况愈下的命运。但是潮州陶瓷业的发展前景总体而言还是比较光明的，只要摒除其陋习，努力改革创新，跟上时代的步伐，相信凭借其悠久的历史和精湛的制瓷工艺，潮州陶瓷业在未来国际竞争上必定会崭露头角，绽放光彩。
