摘要：可持续发展是既满足当代人的需求，又不损害后代人满足其需求的能力的一种先进发展模式，既要达到发展经济的目的，又要保护好人类赖以生存的大气、淡水、海洋、土地和森林等自然资源和环境，使子孙后代能够永续发展和安居乐业，是我国的科学发展观的基本要求之一。
昭通地处云贵川三省交汇处，是连接长江经济带的重要门户，但是贫困和落后却成为了这片土地的标志。昭通社会经济各方面存在明显不足。人口素质低下、资源不合理开发、自然环境恶劣、交通运输条件落后等问题都制约着昭通的发展。要改变这种贫困的面貌，我们必须坚持可持续发展。昭通拥有丰富的自然资源，在对资源的开发利用过程中，资源合理开发与环境保护的协调发展非常关键。本文主要分析在昭通社会经济中影响可持续发展的因素，对存在的问题提出针对性的建议。希望为昭通可持续发展建设提供一些参考。

ABSTRACT:Sustainable development is an advanced development model that is not only to meet the needs of contemporary people but also does not damage the ability of future generations to meet their needs ,it achieve the purpose of economic development, also to protect human survival of the atmosphere, fresh water, sea, land and forest and other natural resources and the environment, make that future generations to sustainable development and a good and prosperous life, which is one of the basic requirements of the scientific concept of development .
Zhaotong is located in the interchange of Yunnan ,Guizhou and Sichuan provinces, which is the important gateway connected Yangtze river economic belt. However, poverty and backwardness has been the symbol of the land. Social economic aspects obvious deficiency, low quality of population, resource exploitation, natural conditions, transportation conditions behind are restricting the development of zhaotong city. To change the face of poverty,we have to adhere to the sustainable development .Zhaotong is rich in natural resources .In the process of development and utilization of resources, the coordination development of resources reasonable exploitation and environmental protection is very critical . This paper mainly analyzes the factors influenced Sustainable development in Zhaotong socio-economic and put forward specific proposals on the problems existed, hope to provide some reference for the sustainable development of Zhaotong.
