摘要:我国已成为世界彩电第一产销大国。彩电行业具备了一定的国际竞争力,但是生产高端彩电所需关键元器件仍依赖进口,行业的竞争力仍要进一步提升。

   本文从我国的彩电行业竞争力、创新意识,政治机制等方面入手,运用波特的钻石模型理论与比较竞争优势理论,深入分析我国彩电业的优势及短板。旨在寻求提高我国彩电行业国际竞争力的方法和措施,以给我国品牌彩电企业的管理和创新提供方向,促进我国的彩电行业竞争力的提升。

关键词:彩电行业,国际竞争力,价格战,反倾销制裁

 

Abstract:China has become the first production and sales of color TV in the world big powers. Color TV industry has a certain degree of international competitiveness, but the production of key components required for high-end TV is still dependent on imports and the competitiveness of the industry still further.

   From China's color TV industry competitiveness and innovation, and political mechanism to start, the use of Porter's diamond model theory of comparative advantage theory, in-depth analysis of China's color television industry, the advantages and short board. Seeks to improve the international competitiveness of China's color television industry methods and measures to provide direction to the management and innovation of China's brand color television enterprises, promote the enhancement of the competitiveness of China's color television industry.

   中国彩电业发展迅猛的同时,也因其成熟而亟需寻求新的突破。相比国外品牌彩电,短板十分明显,国外彩电自始至终都是以实现技术创新来提升行业竞争力,以市场为导向开发出新的消费需求,国内只能竞相跟风模仿,然后以规模、成本优势大打价格战抢夺市场,彩电显然已成为价格战漩涡的代名词。面对世纪之交全球风起云涌的一体化浪潮,我国彩电业必须走出国门与国外彩电品牌竞争,拓展新的更大的生存空间,同时这也是企业达到新的经营境界的必由之路。这不仅缘于市场的逼迫,更应出于企业主动的意愿。主动去寻求提高我国彩电行业国际竞争力的方法和措施,主动去改进我国品牌彩电企业的管理和创新,主动去促进我国彩电行业竞争力的提升。
