摘要： 2014年青奥会将在南京市举办，南京市物流企业将面临这一重大的国际级赛事，本文研究的对象是青奥会的场馆物流，如何能够把场馆物流做好，从而确保青奥会比赛的正常有序的运行，将是本文需要探讨的重点问题。本文首先提出场馆物流在青奥会物流中具有的作用，场馆物流是如何提供体育器材以确保比赛顺利高效进行的保障。分析现有的物流企业在从事场馆物流时存在的具体问题，并深入分析其深一层次的产生原因，然后就如何解决当前形势下存在的场馆物流的问题提出策略建议，从物流企业角度为2014年青奥会的成功举办献计献策。

本文的研究成果为2014年青奥会的场馆物流提供依据，实现青奥会场馆物流的科学化，制度化。并且对从事青奥会场馆物流的物流企业降低物流成本，提高服务质量，顺利完成2014年青奥会的场馆物流活动有借鉴意义。能不能在场馆物流的活动中具体落实提出的建议，对2014年青奥会场馆物流的效果有很大的影响。
