摘要：随着全球人口和经济规模的不断增长，能源使用带来的环境问题日益严峻,低碳经济已成为世界经济发展的重要趋势。尤其是金融危机爆发后，一些发达国家更是借助低碳经济的名义征收碳关税，实行贸易保护主义，削弱竞争对手的竞争力。泰安作为一个欠发达地区，外贸规模虽不断扩大，但其主要出口产品多为高碳产品，出口国家也主要集中在欧美日等发达国家的外贸结构显然已不能适应低碳经济低能耗、低排放的发展要求，阻碍了泰安进出口贸易的进一步发展。本文主要围绕低碳经济下泰安外贸结构调整的必要性进行研究，立足于理论分析和实证分析，结合现有的文献，阐述了低碳经济的内涵、发展背景以及低碳经济的发展对外贸结构调整的影响，论述了低碳经济下泰安市外贸结构的现状，分析了外贸结构调整所存在的问题，并对低碳经济下泰安外贸结构的调整提出切实可行的对策和建议，以加快泰安市外贸结构的调整步伐，顺应低碳经济的发展趋势，促进泰安经济持续稳定健康发展。

Abstract：As the global population and economic scale continuous growth ,Energy use brings the environment problem increasingly serious, Low carbon economy has become the important trend of the world economy.Especially after the outbreak of the financial crisis, Some developed countries impose carbon tariffs in the name of low carbon economy, implement trade protectionism, weaken the competitiveness of the competitors.taian as a less developed areas,foreign trade scale is constantly expanding,but its main export products are the high carbon products,export countries are mainly concentrated in Europe and the United States,and other developed countries,the foreign trade structure has obviously can’t adapt to the development of low carbon economy,low energy consumption low emission requirements,hindered the further development of taian import and export trade.This article mainly revolves around the necessity of structure adjustment of taian foreign trade under low carbon economy,based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,combined with the existing literature,expounds the connotation of low carbon economy,development background and the development of low-carbon economy impact on foreign trade structure adjustment,discuss the taian city’s situation of foreign trade structure under low carbon economy,analyzes the problems existing in the foreign trade structure adjustment,and put forward practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for taian foreign trade structure adjustment under the low-carbon economy,to speed up the taian city foreign trade structure adjustment pace,conform to the trend of the development of low-carbon economy,promote the taian economic sustained,steady and healthy development.
