摘要： 纺织业作为我国传统的主导产业和支柱产业，其出口的持续稳定增长对保证我国外汇储备、国际收支平衡、人民币汇率稳定、解决社会就业及纺织业可持续发展至关重要。苏州是我国最大纺织品工业基地，它历史悠久，发展迅速。但在苏州纺织业迅猛发展的同时，也存在很多不足之处，这些问题都严重制约着苏州纺织服装发展的步伐。本文主要通过对国内以及苏州纺织服装业发展环境的分析与所面临问题的研究，分别提出企业和政府的应对策略，目的是为了国内以及苏州纺织业更健康、合理、可持续发展。

Abstract: Traditional Chinese textile industry as the dominant industry and the pillar industry, its export continue to ensure the stable growth of Chinese foreign exchange reserves, the balance of international payments, and the RMB exchange rate stability, solve social employment and textile industry sustainable development is very important. Suzhou is the largest textile industrial base, it has a long history, is developing rapidly. But the rapid development of textile industry in suzhou, but also has many shortcomings, these problems are seriously restrict the suzhou textile clothing the pace of development. This paper mainly through to the domestic textile garment industry and suzhou development environment of analysis and the issues of the research, were put forward the strategy for the enterprise and the government, the purpose is to domestic and suzhou textile industry more healthy, reasonable and sustainable development.
