摘要：目前由于我国农产品物流发展落后、市场化水平低、物流成本高，农民没有从流通领域享受到应得的比较利益。农产品物流发展滞后已成为影响我省农产品流通的关键因素之一。本文从农产品物流的定义和特点出发，结合我省农产品物流的现状和发展中出现的问题，提出我省农产品物流应采取的发展对策。

农产品生产在供给大城市方面，主要发展精品农业、侧重高档次，高附加值的农产品。近些年江苏一些工厂化生产的农产品开始逐步拓展国际市场。如大桃，蔬菜，肉鸡，肉鸭等农产品出口美国，欧洲及日本等。但就国际竞争能力而言、这些产品还处于低层次、低利润的阶段。在中国已经加入WTO 形势下、农产品在采摘，运输，储存，交易等物流环节有很高的环境和设施要求、如冷链储运，产品条码标识等。必须大力发展农产品物流业，加大农产品物流技术投入的力度、把先进的科学技术应用到农产品物流体系中、才会显著提高农产品竞争能力、提高农产品流通速度、保障农产品质量、为切实解决“三农”问题做出实质性贡献。
